Is Holler available now?
Yes — Holler is live on both the App Store and Google Play, and we’re going live area by area starting in Essex. If we are not in your area yet, join the waitlist with your postcode and we’ll email you the moment we reach you.
What does it cost?
Holler is free to download and free to join. There’s no subscription. We take a flat 8% commission on each completed booking; the rest goes to the service provider, less the card processing fee Stripe charges.
How do I pay?
Everything is paid in the app by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken when you book and held securely until the job is complete, so nobody is handling cash at the door.
What if something goes wrong?
Raise a support ticket in the app and we’ll look into it. We can issue a full or partial refund where it’s warranted, and our decision doesn’t affect your legal rights against the provider.
Can I book the same cleaner regularly?
Yes. You can set a booking to repeat weekly or fortnightly, and skip or cancel any time from the app.
Do you vet the people on Holler?
Providers register themselves and set up their own listings. We don’t carry out background checks, DBS checks or insurance verification — what you see are real ratings and reviews from customers who actually booked and paid through the app. Check those, and ask a provider directly about insurance and experience before you book. Our Terms of Service set this out in full.
I run a cleaning business — how do I join?
